Terms applicable to the use of the Léa Répond service

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter 'T&C') govern the use of the Léa Répond service, published by JLAIEL STUDIO AI, SASU (Simplified Joint-Stock Company), with registered office at 39 Rue de Bel Air, 45110 Saint-Martin-d'Abbat, France.
For the purposes of these T&C:
These T&C define the conditions under which JLAIEL STUDIO AI provides the User with an automated AI-powered telephone answering service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Access to the Service requires creating an account on accueillio.ai. Registration is open to any adult natural person or any legal entity with legal capacity.
The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The User is solely responsible for the use made of their account. Any use of the Service through their credentials is deemed to have been made by the User themselves.
The Léa Répond Service notably offers the following features:
Available features vary depending on the subscription plan. The voice agent is powered by generative AI and its responses may contain inaccuracies.
The prices below are shown excluding VAT. The corresponding amount including VAT (20%) is indicated in parentheses. Billing is monthly with no fixed-term commitment. Included minutes renew each month and do not roll over.
Perso — €15/month excl. VAT (€18 incl. VAT): 1 agent, 1 number included, 180 sovereign-voice minutes included per month; beyond the allowance, per-second billing: €0.09/min excl. VAT (sovereign voice only).
Essential — €49/month excl. VAT (€58.80 incl. VAT): 1 agent, French number, 2 simultaneous channels, 500 sovereign-voice minutes or 385 international-voice minutes included per month (pro-rated for mixed usage); transfers to a mobile are deducted from the allowance by the second, at no extra cost while minutes remain; beyond: €0.09/min excl. VAT sovereign voice, €0.09/min excl. VAT international voice, €0.08/min excl. VAT for mobile transfers.
Pro — €99/month excl. VAT (€118.80 incl. VAT): 1 agent, French number, 2 simultaneous channels, 1,300 sovereign-voice minutes or 1,000 international-voice minutes included per month (pro-rated for mixed usage); beyond: €0.09/min excl. VAT sovereign voice, €0.09/min excl. VAT international voice.
TPE / Cabinets — €249/month excl. VAT (€298.80 incl. VAT): high-fidelity voice, 5 simultaneous channels, 4,000 sovereign-voice minutes or 3,000 international-voice minutes included per month (pro-rated for mixed usage); beyond: €0.09/min excl. VAT sovereign voice, €0.09/min excl. VAT international voice.

A monthly surcharge may apply depending on the country of the assigned phone number (€0 to €10/month).
JLAIEL STUDIO AI reserves the right to modify its pricing. Any modification will be communicated with 30 days notice and will take effect at the next renewal of the subscription.
Payment is made by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. The subscription is billed monthly on the anniversary date of the subscription.
When upgrading to a higher plan, the difference is billed immediately on a pro-rata basis. When downgrading to a lower plan, the new rate takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Overage minutes are automatically billed at the end of the cycle at the rate corresponding to the subscribed plan.
In the event of a payment failure, access to the Service may be restricted after notification by email. The User has 15 days to regularize their situation.
The subscription is taken out for an indefinite period with no minimum commitment. The User may cancel at any time from their dashboard or through the Stripe portal.
In the event of cancellation, access to the Service remains active until the end of the current paid period. No pro-rata refund will be made for the current period.
Upon cancellation, assigned phone numbers are released and voice agents are deactivated. User data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
JLAIEL STUDIO AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account in the event of a breach of these T&C, fraudulent use, or non-payment, without prejudice to any damages.
⚖️ Information légale obligatoire
In accordance with Article L221-28 2° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for in Article L221-18 does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun, with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal, before the end of the withdrawal period.
By subscribing to Léa Répond, the User expressly acknowledges that: (1) performance of the Service begins immediately upon payment confirmation, through the activation of the AI voice agent and the assignment of a dedicated phone number; (2) the User expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.
This clause applies only to Users who qualify as consumers under the French Consumer Code. Professionals acting in the course of their commercial activities do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
The User agrees to:
JLAIEL STUDIO AI undertakes to implement the necessary means to ensure the availability and continuity of the Service. However, the Service is provided 'as is' without guarantee of results.
JLAIEL STUDIO AI shall not be held liable for responses generated by artificial intelligence, which may contain inaccuracies. The User remains solely responsible for the configuration of their voice agent and the instructions given.
The liability of JLAIEL STUDIO AI is limited to the amounts actually paid by the User during the last 12 months. JLAIEL STUDIO AI shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational harm).
JLAIEL STUDIO AI shall not be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance, network failures, third-party telecom operator failures, or any force majeure event.
The Service assigns the User one or more dedicated phone numbers, depending on the subscribed plan. These numbers remain the property of the telecom operator and are made available to the User for the duration of their subscription.
In the event of cancellation or downgrade resulting in an excess number of agents, surplus numbers will be automatically released (most recently created agents are deactivated first).
Number availability depends on the chosen country. A monthly surcharge may apply (Tier 1: €0, Tier 2: +€2, Tier 3: +€5, Tier 4: +€10).
The entire Service (source code, interface, algorithms, 'Léa Répond' trademark, documentation) is protected by intellectual property law. The subscription confers only a personal, non-exclusive right to use the Service for the duration of the subscription.
These T&C are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Consumer Users may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The mediator can be contacted through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of the Orléans judicial district shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
